Role Overview
We're looking for a Data Aggregation Officer to support our growth and outreach initiatives by sourcing, extracting, and organizing high-quality lead data. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, resourceful, and experienced in using modern lead generation and data extraction tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract and aggregate prospect data from platforms such as LinkedIn, Apollo, Skrapp.io, ContactOut, Seamless.ai, Leads411, and similar tools
- Research companies and identify decision-makers based on defined ICPs.
- Collect and verify contact details including emails, phone numbers, and LinkedIn profiles
- Clean, organize, and maintain lead databases in spreadsheets or CRM systems
- Write clean, maintainable and well tested code.
- Ensure data accuracy and remove duplicates
- Continuously identify new tools and methods to improve lead sourcing efficiency.
Experience
- 0-1 year of experience in lead generation, data research, or data aggregation.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other similar lead generation tools
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Nice to have;
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)
Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science/IT, Business Administration
